The authentic menu boasts a feast of flavours, offering prime grills, fragrant curries, fresh seafood, pastas, salads, decadent desserts & much more. Experienced chefs Uwe Weimann and Vuyo Gwarube will take you on a culinary journey, which is loved and sort out by tourists and locals alike. Sabria’s is renowned for their Cape Malay and Indian inspired curry dishes, thanks to chef Zarghuna who sources spices from Karachi.
There is a definite passion that emanates from the kitchen that is obvious with each mouthful of every dish. This along with the contemporarily designed restaurant and its wonderful ambiance lends itself to a fine-dining experience not to be missed!
Our History —
Sabra's was originally established by the former owners Ismail and Zuliega.
It has been refurbished and re-opened under the new ownership of their youngest son Yousri and his wife Tasneem. The restaurant was named after their youngest daughter Sabria.
